Welcome to Bloom Holistic Collective. Our intention is to create a welcoming, supportive and respectful environment where people can move, breathe, connect and grow.

By attending classes, workshops, events or other offerings at Bloom Holistic Collective, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings and Attendance

Bookings are recommended to secure your place in class.

Walk-ins are welcome where space permits.

Studio doors open 15 minutes before the scheduled class time.

For the safety and security of our students and teachers, doors may be locked at the commencement of class.

Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun.

If you are new to Bloom, please arrive a few minutes early to introduce yourself to your teacher.

Health and Wellbeing

Participation in any class, workshop or event is voluntary.

Please inform your teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery or concerns that may affect your participation.

You are responsible for working within your own limits and taking rest or modifications whenever needed.

If at any time you feel unwell, dizzy, faint or experience pain, please stop and notify your teacher.

Bloom Holistic Collective and its teachers do not provide medical advice. If you have concerns about your suitability for any activity, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

Memberships and Class Passes

Memberships, class passes and introductory offers are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant.

Memberships and passes must be used within any applicable expiry periods outlined at the time of purchase.

Membership suspension and cancellation policies are governed by the terms associated with the specific membership purchased.

Pricing may be reviewed from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes in accordance with applicable membership terms.

Workshops, Courses, Events and Retreats

Workshop, course, event and retreat bookings are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.

Where no specific policy is stated, bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to commencement may be transferred to studio credit.

No refunds or credits will generally be provided for non-attendance or late cancellations.

Bloom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, events or retreats where necessary. In such circumstances, participants will be offered a transfer, credit or refund as appropriate.

Photography and Media

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes, workshops or events for promotional purposes.

We will always endeavour to do this respectfully and sensitively. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a member of our team and we will happily accommodate your request.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending the studio.

Bloom Holistic Collective accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

Respectful Community

Bloom Holistic Collective is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for students, teachers, staff and guests.

We ask all participants to treat others with kindness, respect and consideration.

Bloom reserves the right to refuse service, remove a participant from a class or event, or terminate memberships where behaviour is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or otherwise negatively impacts the safety, wellbeing or experience of others within our community.
