Açai-Love Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowls are a great way to make your breakfast feel like its got "just that bit more punch" to it.
Açai is a berry sourced from South America and praised for its huge antioxidant content along with minerals and vitamins. What else it has, that most other berries do not, is good fats. These are essential for the body, in particular keeping our cell structures intact and reducing inflammatory processes along with keeping you feeling satisfied and more full.
In a high speed/powered blender (such as NutriBullet, MagicBullet or Vitamix) combine:
2 small frozen bananas (peeled, chopped, then frozen)
1 cup of baby spinach
1.5 cups of frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, mulberries are best)
2 tablespoons of açai powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
handful of almonds
protein powder (if desired)
water (only enough to leave it nice and thick - approx. 3/4 cup)
Blend, you may need to shake it a bit!, serve in a bowl topped with your favourite things - granola works lovely, fresh fruits and seeds too.
Enjoy immediately, while focusing on the love within yourself, within the abundant kitchen in your heart.
