You can relax knowing that all the basics and endless support are provided here for you during this Beginner's Pilates Series.
Pilates is precise. Control is the name of the game and your body will become stronger, changing the way you move for the better. Pilates focuses on correctly aligning the body using specialised exercises to improve muscle tone, flexibility and strength.
As you continue to practice, the inherent link between the breath and the movement perfects; they become one.
Learn everything you need to know to feel confident and gain strength in your pilates practise.
A strong core can help prevent back pain and poor mobility; let your teacher know if you experience this and we can help tailor your series to suit your needs.
We offer Mat Pilates classes most days of the week, so there will be plenty of opportunity to put your new skills to practise once you finish your series!
