With our lifestyles becoming increasingly busy, it’s common for high stress to become our daily experience, and for inner calmness to become increasingy harder to find. We can often feel weighed down by our mental stress, emotional trauma, lack of energy and fatigue.
At Bloom Holistic Collective, we work with patients to correct health imbalances, using holistic naturopathic treatments to address the root-cause of health problems.
Using complementary and alternative medicine, we work with women to increase energy, stabilise mood, reduce anxiety, treat depression, remedy illness, improve sleep and, in general, enhance quality of life in order to achieve optimal health.
Bloom Holistic Collective’s practitioner, Jodie O’Grady, an accredited Naturopath and Wellness Coach, utilises complementary natural medicine, clinical nutrition, and coaching to intuitively understand how lifestyle behaviours and belief systems are negatively affecting patient health and well-being.
When working with clients, Jodie may prescribe individualised blends of liquid herbal medicines or tablets/powders of Practitioner Only herbal medicines (herbalism). The treatment plan may also include exploring where illnesses or poor quality of life may be stemming from in order to uncover, relieve and heal health problems.
Our holistic approach, including individualised treatment plans and evidence-based medicine, alongside therapies such as Holistic Wellness Coaching and Energy Healing can create incredibly significant improvements to patients wellbeing.
Our naturopathic health practitioner uses a unique combination of science-based herbal and nutritional medicines, proven positive psychology coaching methods and intuitive energy healing.
Human bodies are not simple machines, They often require support from a variety of integrative, non-invasive natural therapies to achieve good health. Everything Jodie prescribes aligns with this ethos, with her recommending what she feels is needed as it comes up.
The goal for our clients is to adopt changes in lifestyle to support wellbeing and enhanced state of calmness, as guided by Jodie O’Grady, Bloom Holistic’s Naturopath, Body Worker, Coach & Intuitive.
How can a Naturopath help you?
A naturopath can recommend a range of natural therapies, including herbal medicine, nutrition advice, acupuncture, homeopathy, massage, physical therapy, yoga, meditation and much more.
Naturopathy is a complementary health practice which can work alongside other healthcare options, such as General Practitioners (GPs). Naturopaths are specialised in treating health along a spectrum, aiding patients to improve their health before illnesses and health conditions become serious enough to require invasive procedures.
Working with a naturopath to guide your health journey can remedy a range of acute issues, including energy, hormonal and thyroid problems, while also building towards better long-term health.
