Pregnancy is a special time in a woman’s life, but it can be a rollercoaster of emotions from exhilaration, anticipation, worry, exhaustion – never fear - yoga is here!
Bloom’s Prenatal Yoga classes will take you on a 4 week journey of gentle, therapeutic movement designed to support you emotionally, spiritually and physically during this special time. Incorporating breath exercises, mantra, meditation and deep relaxation – all wonderful tools to support you throughout your pregnancy and motherhood journey. This course is taught by our deeply kindhearted 'Conscious Pregnancy Yoga' instructor Lisa Preston.
Prenatal Yoga is safe to do from Week 13 - Week 36, however we do encourage you to please check with your caregiver before commencing this course. Prenatal Yoga is very gentle, however please speak with your teacher at any time if you have any concerns or questions. Please wear comfortable clothing, which can be either loose fitting, or something similar to exercise clothing. No footwear is required.
