Wellness Coaching In my Wellness Coaching I combine a variety of techniques to empower you with knowledge on health and wellbeing; to provide you opportunities to reflect on and breakthrough old belief systems and patterns; and together we create a continually evolving personalised program to assist you in reaching your wellness goals.
We will cover the Three Steps and Three Pillars in each and every session, in order to really get deep into those onion layers of your self and to ensure we continue to see growth and progression.
The Three Steps to becoming Abundantly Healthy 1. Commit to honouring yourself This is not just spiritually. Honouring yourself comes in many forms - through nutrition, through movement, through thought. Make the commitment - you must do this first and foremost! 2. Determine the "blocks" What is in your way? What is holding you back from moving forward? From being fitter, healthier, happier? "Blocks" come in many forms and can be physical, mental or emotional. 3. Strategise and develop our plan Nutritional choices, movement & exercise and self reflection & mindfulness are chosen and tailored to your unique needs including ongoing support and re-evaluation at each session.
The Three Pillars to achieving Wellness 1. Fuelling Your Cells Extensively researched and tested nutritional plans to suit your lifestyle and health requirements/goals. 2. Moving Your Body Depending on your goals and your body type, determining the correct movement activities is essential for commitment, motivation and results. 3. Loving Your Selves We are all riddled with belief systems and patterns that either shift us towards greatness or keep us small and stagnant. Its not always just about "being positive" - often there are layers to work through in order to acknowledge and release sabotage systems and behaviours that simply don't serve you.
