At Bloom Holistic Collective we believe we are all student's of life and that one's journey is a continually evolving cyclic process and we are dedicated to walk beside you on yours.

About our Yoga Classes
Whether you’re a beginner or expert, find your flow at the Bloom Holistic Collective Toowoomba yoga studio. The benefits of yoga are broad, including improved mindfulness and mental health, through to working up a sweat while trying new postures and stretches. It’s about working towards an improved mind body balance. Our experienced and specialised instructors teach a range of yoga practices, including Warm Slow Flow, Vin Yin, Hatha-Yoga, Kundalini and Vinyasa Flow. If new, start with our 14 day yoga trial (including a Free Yoga session).
About our Pilates Classes
Join Bloom Holistic Collective’s Mat Pilates workshops and classes for a full body workout, requiring precise motion and control. Whether you are just starting out as a beginner or have years of practice under your belt, our pilates instructors can accommodate all experience levels. Mat Pilates uses body-weight exercises and stretches to generate full body awareness, building core-strength and toned muscle for better health. By weaving in mindfulness and breathing techniques, we work towards improving our body balance and overall energy levels.
