Beginner Yoga Series
Bloom's beginner’s yoga course will help you understand the basics of yoga asana practice so you can feel more confident in your practice. This course will help you by breaking down poses & correcting your alignment to feel comfortable in any yoga class.

What to expect
This course is designed to introduce the most important aspects of a yoga practice to you. The structure is in place to build upon each week, so please come to every class. All classes of this beginner yoga series will be conducted at Bloom Holistic Collective, our studio in Toowoomba.

Donnamarie Vanderhorst is one of your instructors for this 3 week beginner's yoga course in Toowoomba. She has over 20 years practice in various styles of yoga, using the practice for its many health and wellbeing benefits.
Donnamarie creates a fun and supportive environment for you to explore this type of movement, going into the correct alignment and providing modifications as required.
