All our teachers bring their own unique teaching styles, life experience, gifts of wisdom and sequencing patterns to each class. These descriptions are a guideline, however as you experience the classes on offer at Bloom Holistic Collective, we urge you to attend classes from as many teachers as you can, to feel into their differences and the beauty each offer.

Warm Slow Flow
Find serenity in our Slow Flow Yoga Class. This class is an invitation to deepen your practice and connect with your inner self. With slow, yet strong, graceful transitions between poses and a focus on mindful breathing, you'll cultivate flexibility, strength, and inner calm. Perfect for all levels, our Slow Flow class is a sanctuary in the midst of life's hustle and bustle. Join us on the mat to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover tranquility. *Warm classes are heated to approx 27 degrees celcius, please bring a waterbottle.
Vin Yin
Experience the harmonious fusion of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in our Vinyin Yoga Class. This unique practice combines the fluidity and energy of Vinyasa with the deep stretches and relaxation of Yin. Embrace the balance as you flow through dynamic sequences, then sink into long, restorative holds, allowing your body and mind to find perfect harmony. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a holistic journey of flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
Yin
Experience the profound relaxation and deep stretching of our Yin Yoga Class. In this meditative practice, we target connective tissues, releasing tension and increasing flexibility through long, luxurious holds in each pose. Yin yoga is the perfect complement to more active practices, offering a serene escape from the demands of daily life. Hatha/Hot Hatha/Warm Hatha
Discover balance, strength, and inner harmony in our Hatha Yoga Class. Rooted in tradition, this practice emphasizes the alignment of body and breath. Generally the poses are held for a longer time to allow the body and mind to find alignment. Through a series of poses and mindful breathing techniques, you'll build a solid foundation for physical and mental well-being. Suitable for all levels, our Hatha class offers a space to reconnect with your body, build strength and flexibility, and find peace in the present moment.! *Hot Hatha is heated to approx 35 degrees celcius, please bring a water bottle and towel.
Guided Meditation
Finding peace and calm can be a real challenge, especially when you're trying to balance work, social obligations, family, and a personal life. Guided meditation is a wonderful tool to help you cope with the chaos of everyday life.
This class will give you space to relax both your mind and body and help you deepen your meditation practice. Expect mantras, chanting and flow visualisations.

Hot Vinyasa/Warm Vinyasa
Step into the flow with Vinyasa Yoga where you will seamlessly synchronize breath with movement, creating a dynamic and invigorating practice. Explore a journey of flexibility, strength, and mindfulness as you gracefully transition from one pose to another. All levels are welcome as we celebrate the art of yoga and the unity of mind, body, and spirit. Hot Vinyasa is heated to approx 35 degrees, Warm Vinyasa to 28 degrees. It will cleanse impurities from the body, detoxify your cells and deepen your practice.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga helps to slow slow slow. The practise cleanses the body and restores it to a state of balanced, clean and healthy energies. Restorative yoga helps to enhance energy flow to your organs, has been proven to benefit mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. And all of this happens while you’re in a state of deep, wonderful relaxation!
Not only will you feel completely soothed and relaxed from this mini-retreat, but you will also be resetting the vital function of your adrenal and stress-response system, to enable your body to cope and recover from daily living with much more grace and agility.

Bloom26 Hot Yoga - Bikram Yoga
We are excited to bring to Toowoomba the original hot yoga developed by Bikram, modified to a 60 minute class. A sequence of 26 postures, specifically designed for the wellbeing benefits, Bikram yoga classes are practiced in a hot yoga room (30-35 degrees).
Our dedicated Bikram yoga teachers have decades of experience practising this style of hot yoga. We are here to bring you the benefits of this incredible hot yoga style as originally taught by Bikram.
